The villa is surrounded by three acres of park and gardens. We’ll handle your transfers from hotels, the main train station or the Naples Airport. Check in to your rooms, relax, enjoy a swim in the infinity pool, stroll down to the ocean, enjoy a pre-arranged massage, stroll through the villa gardens. Join us for our Welcome Dinner in the Villa’s Grand Dining Room in the early evening.
SUNDAY
When in Italy, especially near Naples, thoughts of delicious pastries and desserts always come to mind. After breakfast, we kick off our culinary journey with a pastry and dessert lesson at the villa, taught by a Neapolitan Nonna who shares the secrets of authentic Italian sweets. After lunch at the villa, our first afternoon excursion takes us to the nearby town of Sorrento. Here, we’ll enjoy a guided tour, including a picturesque limonaia (lemon grove) and visit its artisanal limoncello factory for a demonstration and tasting of several limoncello varieties. Dinner will be enjoyed in the limonaia, under the enchanting lemon trees!
MONDAY
What better way to experience the stunning Amalfi coastline than by private charter boat, complete with Prosecco? We begin our boat excursion in nearby Sorrento and head down the coast, soaking in the breathtaking and dramatic views of the towns along the way. We’ll make stops for exploration in Positano and Amalfi, where you can enjoy lunch on your own. Along the route, we’ll take in views of the Island of Capri, the Sorrentine Peninsula, and more. This is truly a wow experience. Should weather pose an issue, not to worry—we’ll adjust our itinerary accordingly. We’ll return to the beautiful Villa Sabrina for dinner.
TUESDAY
To truly experience authentic Italy, it’s essential to venture off the beaten path and discover non-touristy locations. Our excursion takes us to an artisanal cheese dairy, where we’ll participate in a mozzarella-making lesson. It’s so tucked away that we’ll transport you through the narrow streets of the tiny town to the dairy farm via Italian Ape—small, open-air, three-wheel vehicles still commonly used throughout Italy. This will be both a fun and cultural experience, complete with a tasting of locally made cheeses as you learn the art of mozzarella making. The afternoon offers free time at the villa for relaxation, or you can enjoy the pool, gym, or nearby beach. For dinner, we’ll head to a seaside restaurant in Marina di Puolo for a delicious meal overlooking the ocean!
WEDNESDAY
Many consider pizza the most famous, if not the favorite, dish in the world. Along the Amalfi Coast, you’re right next to Naples—the birthplace of this iconic dish and the epicenter of great Neapolitan cuisine. Learning to make pizza where it was invented is a must, so we’ll visit an authentic pizzeria for a hands-on pizza-making lesson. Our day also includes a guided tour of Naples’ historic center, featuring several “must-see” sites, along with some free time to explore. We’ll enjoy dinner in Naples before returning to the villa in Sorrento.
THURSDAY
Coastal Italy is renowned for its exceptional wines, particularly those produced near Mt. Vesuvius, where volcanic soil adds a distinctive minerality. We’ll visit an ancient wine-making area and a small family-owned winery for wine sampling, paired with a hands-on lesson and lunch. Afterward, we’ll continue along the base of Mt. Vesuvius to explore the historic excavations of Pompeii. After our tour, we’ll return to the villa in Sorrento for dinner.
FRIDAY
Not that you can choose one top experience during the week as the best, but we do save one of the highlights until Friday, and that is a cooking lesson with a Michelin Star chef. Our excursion takes us to a full hands-on lesson in Sorrento with our Michelin Star Chef that also includes lunch. We get some free time in the afternoon to relax or pack before our special Arrivederci Dinner and farewell celebration.
SATURDAY
After breakfast, we will provide transfers to local airports, hotels or train stations in Sorrento and Naples.
