Imagine for a moment: the allure of Italy, a destination as storied and rich in wonder as it is in olive groves and architectural splendor. We could tell you that we’re here to offer you the finest experience possible, but that wouldn’t capture the heart of it. Since our first steps, our guests have been our greatest advocates, the true narrators of this journey. After winding their way through cobblestone streets and tasting pasta made by hands that have known the art for generations, return not just with souvenirs but with stories; small, heartfelt accounts of moments that transformed a vacation into something memorable. It’s these stories, these shared reflections, that we want to pass along.

So if you’re wondering whether this Italian adventure is right for you, know that you’re not alone. Our guests’ experiences are here, open to you, and we’re here too, ready to answer your questions, ease any uncertainty, and help you step into Italy fully prepared for the magic waiting there.

A MUST do!

It is hard to describe in words the feeling of complete bliss we had during our stay there. The house is fantastic, the location so peaceful, the cooking lessons were fun, the food was amazing, even the one we cooked ourselves. But the most important part of the stay was the amazing people. Everyone at La Cucina Sabina is wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and warm. They make you feel like royalty and by the end of the week, we were all a big family and did not want to leave. From Giuseppe to Riccardo, to Carla, dear Carla and Vera and Valentina, and all of them! We are already talking about going back and would recommend it to anyone.

THE VERY BEST TIME EVER!

I recently returned from my FOURTH La Cucina Sabina culinary tour. This time, to Tuscany. It was a beautifully planned and executed itinerary, encompassing several medieval towns, rolling hills of lush countryside, and culinary experiences, which I will always remember with joy. The other participants were also frequent culinary tour-goers, and the knowledge we shared was invaluable.

My 3 Least Favorite Things

1. Coming home
2. Coming home
3. Coming home

This will not be our last trip to Italy. We fell in love with the land and the people. When we come back, it will be to stay at one of your other locations.

I felt Like I was In An
Italian Cabaret

All the excursions were wonderful, but I believe Tivoli stands out and had the best seafood, Sea Bream.

The STANDOUTS!

For us, there were many positives, but the standouts were:

Very well coordinated transportation. The daily activities were dependent on safe, timely, informative group transportation and your team excelled on this front. We are very thankful for the airport transfers – much needed in Florence! This made the trip comfortable and stress-free.

Fascinating places to visit, facilitated by hosts who were “into it” – friendly, funny, knowledgeable, experts in their crafts and masterful storytellers. Sylvia and Il Falconiere probably top this list, but there were several other characters that we’ll cherish. Your advance work to choose these experiences carefully was evident. This made the trip memorable.

In a region known for its food and wine, we enjoyed very tasty samples. The F&B throughout this trip was outstanding; this was a foodie’s dream vacation. This made the trip delightful.
